Rohini Ghadiok Foundation is also committed towards development and empowerment of marginalized communities and supports an M.Phil Scholar from Ambedkar University under a 'Rural Immersion Programme' in collaboration with PRADAN (Professional Assistance for Development Action). The Rohini Ghadiok Fellowship is offered with the objective to nurture and support a new genre of development professionals who would work amongst marginalized communities in rural or urban areas to catalyze sustained transformation from within.
